The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck!

A counter-intuitive approach to living a good life

Written by a star blogger, Mark Manson.

About the Author:

For the past few years, through his widely popular blog has been working on correcting our delusional expectations for ourselves and for the world.

About the book:

This is a generation defining self-help guide. The book shows us that being stronger , happier people; is to handle adversity better and stop trying to be 'positive' all the time. Manson advises us to get to know our limitations and accept them. He says, accepting who we our is the real source of empowerment. He says, once we embrace our fears, faults and uncertainties; once we stop running from and avoiding and start confronting painful truths; we can begin to find the courage and confidence we desperately seek.

It is probably the best books read so far that could lift you up in your hard times. Author used wit and humour tools to create simplicity around complex life tactics.

My favorite thought provoking lines from the book are:

when we force ourselves to stay positive at all times, we deny the existence of our life's problems. And when we deny our problems, we rob ourselves a chance to solve them and generate happiness.

We shouldn't seek to find the ultimately 'right' answer for ourselves, but rather, we should seek to chip away at the ways that we'er wrong today so that we can be little less wrong tomorrow.

Conclusion:

The subtle art of not giving a fuck is probably one of those books i would recommend to anyone who has ever been depressed or felt low in life.

Honouring 69 years of Indian Constitution!

India Adopted the constitution on 26th November, 1949, which came in to force on 26th January, 1950, marking the country's first republic day.

Celebration is mainly marked in the national capital starting from the Historic India Gate and carries on along the Rajpath.

As against the custom to host a leader of foreign country as chief guest, this year, Parade will see 10 chief Guests, the leaders of all member countries of the Association of southeast Asian Nations or ASEAN. This republic day will be remembered for ages for hosting 10 Chief guest featuring leader of member countries of ASEAN . ASEAN flag will also be flown during the parade. This clearly depicts India's tradition of 'Vasudeva Kutumbakam' welcoming all the neighboring countries. This has entailed India's Economically, socially and politically strategic  move.
Another new addition to the national day's parade will be that of 113 women from Border Security Force or BSF roaring accross the rajpath performing breathtaking stunts on motorcycles. The squad has been named as 'The border Braves'.

Apart from striking and vivid representation from various states and union territories, a major attraction of the parade is the armed forces contingents.Several aircrafts, military vehicles and weapons are displayed during the parade.

Highest civilian awards of the country is given in various fields of activities such as art, social work, public affairs, science and engineering, trade and industry, medicine, literature and education, sports and civil services each year on republic day. This year in 2018 we have 85 padma Awardees.
Salute to the Indian Army and ITBP (Indo Tibetan Border police) hosting the National flag under the difficult territorial circumtances. This could be a good reply to the India China unrest.

India has its unity in its diversity, i wish we all promise to  abide by its principles of justice, liberty, equality, fraternity. Long Live Democracy.

Not democracy, But controversy!!

To get  in to the limelight, you dont have to use your right to Freedom and speech, but take a route of controversy!

Yes, The "Padmaavati" turned "Padmaavat" turmoil  give us the idea, that few set of people " will respect the poetic transcription, but  will not entertain a fictional masterpiece".

How well is this controversy, and how strong are the people to get the order from Supreme court for the clearance of the movie release just in a period of its 2 month ban; Well, a good decision.

Without prejudice to any community and without hurting the sentiments, Acceptance of a work piece by an artist should not be subjective to the facts, and in case of a fictional art, should never be seen as reality. Not at least  till it becomes more of a ground of criticism crossing borders of laws and civilization.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the director of the work, known for his taste for history and historical fiction as movie material, as well as for specializing in grandiose design and colorful backgrounds, chose the story of Chittorgarh’s siege as the setting for his movie. He is not an archaeologist having to do any factual study on the respective part of history.

Is it only in our country where our sentiments either make a world famous artist leave the country  for his objectionable paintings or give them life threatening warnings to perform?

Lets see, how India welcomes the most awaited movie of the celebrated Director. I wish release of a fictional work will not create anymore internal disturbance.
