Post India-Pakistan War of 1971, there had been a direct armed conflicts involving the military forces of these neighbors. In an attempt to control the escalating tensions and conflicts due to terror activities in kashmir, both the countries signed the Lahore declaration in February 1999. This was intended to provide peaceful and bilateral solution to the Kashmir Conflict.

However, infiltration of the pakistani armed forces and paramilitary forces into the territory of India beyond LOC(Line of control)  with an aim of forcing Indian military to withdraw from Siachen Glacier and  settle the Kashmir border dispute. If only Mental health was seen as clearly as physical health!!!!!

'Keep me in your memory leave out all the rest'

No i am not Chester Bennington's fan, nor do i follow his songs. Well he was surely the hearthrobe of many and  that, today his fanclub went Numb by his suicide, i thought of going through his wiki.

Well for those who belong to my clan of not knowing him, he was an American singer and song writer best known as Lead singer of the Famous Band 'Linking Park'. He was a drug Addict, Father of six and was Physically abused twice. Once at a tender age of 7 and then in a school. In an Interview once he said, 'I was knocked around like a Rag doll for being skinny and looking different'.

Depression Kills! yes it does. And many of us go through it at various stages in life. You never know when you get dragged down in the darkness. Its a slow poison and starts when you stop speaking out. Nothing to be shameful about a mental illness. Suffering a mental illness doesn't mean you need to be admitted to Mental Asylum. In today's time every single person out here is having some sort of frustration. Right from Teenage heartbreak, True love being ditched, Falling for one sided love, Work dissatisfaction, Professional Distress to  Marital and Family Issues.

People who are Famous, Rich, Successful are not necessarily happy. It never takes a materialist thing to give you happiness, for me one cup of tea would serve best! What is for you?

Folks, Its not "lazy" when you cant appeal yourself to get out of your bed, because your busy mind kept you awake all night and you are too exhausted to face the day. Its not "Being antisocial" when at last minute you are not able to attend the event that's been planned for months now because your heart is racing and walls are closing in.

People battle it for years, and believe me you never understand looking at their silent face when they actually are yelling within. Lot more could be hidden behind that beautiful smile. a lot more remains like an untold story behind every silent breath that actually needs to come out in words. It takes over your life and by the time you feel you are alright, you get killed. Killed by your thoughts, your own action. You kill yourself when you disown "you".

There are blogs like 'Art of living with depression'. Hell you need to live with it. Why cant it be eradicated completely?
13 Reasons why? the famous Netflix series on a girl who committed a suicide after suffering from demoralizing circumstances. It was trending for some time now amongst the youngsters. Great move to strongly portray the reasons for suicide, but did it affect the youngsters on a positive ground?
Its 13 reasons why, i killed myself. Why not, 13 Reasons why, i survived!!

Its not the first time when its been talked about. Well appreciated Deepika Padukone came foreward to share her story about her battle with depression. She said, She felt empty and directionless. So do we. She didn't backout to get the medication for her depression, why do we?

For her, Angel to get her out was her mother. See one for yourself. Medication need not be in a tablet it can come in small packages generally know as parents, siblings, trusted friends, nature, travel, shopping, movies etc. You just need to speakout!!

Famous line in the best selling book 'the secret' conveys one beautiful message 'There is a truth deep down inside of you that has been waiting for you to discover it, and that truth is this: you deserve all good things life has to offer'-Rhonda Byrne.
No doubt life has to offer you death as well, But then everything has its right time!

I would Suggest Reading 'The Alchemist" life changing book by Paulo Coelho. If not the book then visit http://agrawalshivangi.blogspot.in/2016/03/pursuing-your-personal-legend_88.html.
He says, 'If you want something, entire universe conspires in helping you achieve it'. You just need to take a step ahead, ask for it.

Suicide is seen amongst all the age groups, Stop it at Tender age. Be "SAD"- Student Against Depression and don't be sad, We are there to help you.

Lets Talk - Period Perfect!!!

Yes, it is that Taboo that wont go away!!! Shocking to know that its a Taboo even amongst the women. Why such an embarrassment, awkwardness and shame around a natural bodily function.Stop worrying and learn to speak more openly about them.

Hiding a sanitary napkins in our handbag and cautiously moving to the loo, worrying if someone sees it, isn't it rediculous!!! As if the evidence that we are in our that time of the month is something to be ashamed of.
Yes, periods can be a pain in the uterus, but don't let it be a  pain in our head, Though in any case painful body is the new cool during those days and nothing can be done except craving for dark choclates!!

Firstly, stop calling it a problem! Having a proper menstrual cycle is not a problem, not having them is what should be your matter of concern Man!!

Don't make a girl uncomfortable because of her period. Atleast not by giving her the paid leaves, as if the same is something which is unusual. How will you manage the paid leave of every girl every month, Please rather go and manage your GST queries!!
It sometimes gets difficult for a girl herself to follow her track, yes sometimes it gets Offtrack dude. How will these corporates announcing  paid leaves for their day of the month manage, probably by taking out one more App.

It isn't a rocket science to understand period pain. yes, its hell. but doesn't need super extra care. Had that been the case, girls wouldn't have come so ahead of men getting into every field, right from being a house wife to the pilot for the fighter Jet.
Here is what is trending today evening!! Nothing can be worse than having a paid leave for our periods. Man, we were very well planned with our chores, do at any point of the month, any of your work got a set back. okay, set back due to menstrual cycle?? No, i guess. Would you plan your monthly book closures following our monthly cycle??

"Sea of blood", "Mountain of Pain", "Snack Bar", 'Undue cravings and confused mood Swings'. Yes we go through all these, but our schedules cannot be planned looking at it, Right? would that be a case, i would rather ask the attacking country to attack after 3 days, as Our girl pilot is in those days of her month, won't be able to counter attack wont find a better replacement. Or ask Sindhu, Saina Nehwal, Sania Mirza to take a back and rest, lets not dream for a win, since we cant change the game schedule we can offer you a leave. Or to those 11 Girls cricket Squad who won recently. May be "N" number of examples.

Pain is just a part of life, not once in a while. We are blessed with it, because we are worth it. Don't just consider it as our weakness, Its the strength, which you men cant even imagine!!!

No doubt, going so bold and writing about it takes a great deal of courage, still i am doubtful of posting it to all the men in my list. This is again the effect of the Taboo, remove this not the fear of pain. We don't need rest, we need to talk!!
